About the Event

What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur in the humanitarian sector?

At next week’s Startup Tuesday, Jonne Catshoek  will share his entrepreneurial story on the success of his company,  Elva. He will present their latest product – Camp Forecast, AI-driven  tool that radically transforms the provision of life-saving aid in  refugee camps, and could prevent the waste of millions of dollars of  humanitarian funding per year.

Jonne will also discuss the  organisation’s successful approach to securing major international  partners and ensuring commercial viability.

Startup Tuesday The Hague is a weekly event to inspire and  connect. This series of events is a collaboration among innovative hubs  that aim to strengthen connections and support impact-driven  entrepreneurship in The Hague. It’s the ideal occasion to network, learn  from experienced founders, and explore solutions to shared challenges.

Our goal is to showcase successful tech-driven startups in the  peace, justice and humanitarian ecosystems, and to spread more  entrepreneurial thinking among nonprofits and other organizations in  these sectors. Join us for an informal conversation around shared  challenges with a seasoned entrepreneur in a cozy armchair setting,  followed by networking drinks.
